Custom Cooking Aprons and Chef Hats

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question? When will my order ship?
Answer- Usually orders ship the day after they are placed. We ship using the USPS 2-3
day service or ground DHL service. Overnight and 2nd Day Air are also available for an
additional charge.

Question? Are there quantity discounts?
Answer- Yes, starting at 10 aprons, call us for the price. Large quantity chef hat, and tablecloth
orders may also be subject to a discount.

Question? Can I return items?
Answer- Yes, satisfaction is guaranteed, just return it within 30 days. Aprons that are not
embroidered will receive full credit for the product. For embroidered aprons there is a 20%
restocking fee on the apron and embroidery is not reimbursed. Custom sized items may be
returned for workmanship errors only. Grosgrain products have a 50% restocking fee. .

Do you make other products?
Answer- Yes, we make tablecloths, placemats, napkins and grosgrain ribbon belts. We have
also made bibs. We also sell Chef Hats, Cookbooks and Unique Cooking gifts. See our

Can I order in large quantities for company gifts?
Answer- Yes, please call for shipping, fabric, price etc.. We'll need your logo if you want
it embroidered or screen printed.

Question? Can I get any other colors/fabrics?
Answer- Yes, for apron orders of 24+ or tablecloth orders of 12 or more we can supply you with
a rainbow of additional fabric choices and fabric blends..

Question? Can I have pockets on my aprons?
Answer- Yes, just choose the pocket configuration on the styles/order page.

Question? Can I have a style different than what is shown?
Answer- We can accommodate minor design changes for you, since we custom make each apron and
tablecloth
.

Question? Can my aprons, chef hats, tablecloths, placemats and napkins be embroidered/monogrammed?
Answer- Yes, call us for prices.

Question? Is your site secure and why do you need my email address?
Answer- Yes, our site uses the latest encryption technology, you will see the URL switch to https and
see the lock. We use your email to send out shipping information. We never sell emails.

orders and personal checks but we don't start on the product until we have the payment.
